Our Story and Why

We are Ben and Mariko Magee. Thank you for taking the time to learn more about our real estate investment company, Magee Homes, LLC. At Magee Homes, we are dedicated to excellence. We met in the San Francisco Bay Area where we started our life and company together; however, our passion for creating high quality homes for our tenants stems from both of our upbringings. We recognize the stabilizing power of quality housing, and we are committed to advancing our mission: Magee Homes seeks to acquire and develop high quality residential real estate creating environments where our tenants can live and be empowered. Where we have assets, Magee Homes will be a leader in the surrounding community donating a percentage of our profits and creating partnerships with local non-profits focusing on uplifting veterans, survivors of domestic abuses, single parents, and educators.
